PROJECT - ONE CENTENARY WAY
Location - Birmingham
Following quickly on the back of One & Two Chamberlain Square VAC secure their third project as part of the Paradise Circus re-development in Birmingham.
One Centenary Way is a new thirteen-storey 280,000sq ft building featuring Grade A office space.
As part of the new build VAC will supply and install the S&C and the 4-pipe FCU floorplate ventilation ductwork systems.
PROJECT - PLAZA CINEMA
Location - Port Talbot
The Plaza a Grade II Art-Deco cinema built in 1939 has been transformed into a community hub with a café, gym, office space, hall, multi-purpose rooms, a conference area, digital recording studio and shops.
As part of the refurb VAC supplied and installed all the ventilation ductwork systems as well as installation of external AHU’s.
PROJECT - UNIVERSITY OF WARWICK - FACULTY OF ARTS
Location - Warwick
A seven-storey new build centred around a grand timber staircase for the University of Warwick has just been completed.
The Faculty of Arts consists of rooms across 15,000m2 of floorspace including a cinema and theatre studios. VAC supplied and installed a number of Daikin DX Air Con systems as well as ventilation and fire rated ductwork systems throughout the building.
PROJECT - TWO CHAMBERLAIN SQUARE
Location - Birmingham
Having already completed One Chamberlain Square VAC move next door…
Two Chamberlain Square is a new eight-storey 183,000sq ft building featuring Grade A office space.
VAC supplied and installed all the ventilation ductwork systems throughout including the S&C and floorplates together with installation of the FCU’s and rooftop AHU’s.

The latest project, Rookey South Energy Recovery Facility has the capacity to treat up to 545,000 tonnes of waste per year producing 60 MW of low carbon energy - enough electricity to meet the needs of 112,500 homes.
VAC supplied and installed the Vent ductwork systems in the process areas.
